LEAVE NO TRACE

Leave No Trace simply means:  leave nothing behind you but foot prints and hoof prints.  Stay on the designated trails.  Do not discard anything on the trails, especially plastic.  However, we do not expect you to clean up manure on the trails. In the Staging Area, we ask that you clean up after your horse.  A manure pit is conveniently located and wheel barrows are available.  Please bring used plastic and paper from your ride back to the Staging Area and place in the trash containers. We welcome you to spend time in the Staging Area, both before and after your ride.  Feel free to use the grill and picnic tables.  We only ask that you put all trash in the trash containers.  If you stay in the camp, we ask that you clean up manure and hay at your site and dump it in the manure pit.  Again, wheel barrows are available. When you depart, please take all trash and discarded items with you.
